Scope of our services

We assist clients with the following categories of service. Specific destination countries and packages are listed on our Countries and Packages pages and may be updated from time to time:

• Study visa & admissions: university shortlisting, application filing, and visa processing for study destinations, including scholarship guidance for BS, MS, MBBS, BDS, Nursing and related programs.
• Visit & tourist visa processing: Schengen-area countries and other visit-visa destinations, processed on a service basis — we charge for the work performed in preparing and filing your application, not for a guaranteed outcome.
• Hajj & Umra travel assistance: where offered, subject to the same core terms set out below unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Exact service inclusions for any package are confirmed in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or a signed agreement) at the time of engagement.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documentation. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or refusals resulting from incomplete, false, expired, or late-submitted information or documents provided by the client.

Our fee structure

We work on a process-based fee model: you pay for the work we do in preparing and filing your case, not for a promised result. For every study, visit, or Schengen application we handle, the following structure applies unless a signed package agreement states otherwise:

• Processing fee — USD $200 (or PKR equivalent), payable with your documents: this covers file preparation, application filing, document translation, and our service charges. It is strictly non-refundable once we begin work on your file, because it compensates for work already performed regardless of the embassy's or university's final decision.
• Embassy / consulate fees: paid directly by you to the relevant embassy or consulate, typically ranging from USD $80 to $280 depending on destination and visa category. These fees are set by the embassy, not by us, are outside our control, and are non-refundable by us in any circumstance.
• University tuition, admission & semester fees (study applicants only): paid directly by you to the university. Refund eligibility for these amounts is governed entirely by that university's own refund policy — not by Dawood Bhai Educational Consultancy.
• Balance of service fee: for packages offered on a "pay after approval" basis, any remaining service fee becomes payable only once your visa or admission is approved. The exact remaining amount depends on the package and destination selected — see your written package agreement or our Packages page for current pricing.

All fees are quoted and confirmed in writing before you proceed, so there are no surprise charges once your file is in process.

Refund policy

• The USD $200 (or equivalent) processing fee is non-refundable once document preparation or filing has commenced, whether or not the application is ultimately approved.
• Embassy/consulate fees are refunded, if at all, only according to that embassy's own policy — we do not hold or control these funds.
• University fees are refunded, if at all, only according to that university's own policy.
• Any balance-of-fee collected under a "pay after approval" package that was charged in error, or for a service not actually rendered, will be refunded in full — contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

No guarantee of outcome

As set out in our Disclaimer, we do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or scholarship award for any destination, including destinations where we have historically achieved high approval rates. Approval statistics we may share (for example, on our website or in conversation) reflect past outcomes for the profiles and documentation we have handled — they are not a promise about your individual application. Final decisions are made solely by the relevant university, embassy, or consulate, based on your own profile, documentation, and circumstances at the time of application.

Confidentiality

We treat all client documents and personal information as confidential and use them solely for the purpose of preparing and processing your application, in accordance with applicable data protection practices. We do not sell or share your documents with third parties except where required to process your application (e.g., submitting to a university, embassy, or translation service on your behalf).

Limitation of liability

Dawood Bhai Educational Consultancy shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to visa refusals, admission rejections, embassy fee changes, processing delays, or changes in university or government policy that occur outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time, including to reflect changes in our fee structure or destinations served. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
